Tulip Gulch Productions
has been living in the Haunt World for over 22 years. We have produced a Haunted Trail
which first was called "Tulip Gulch Cemetery" in Bowie, Maryland for the local community. The trail
has evolved over the years to include over 20 scares and more than 40 actors. Most
of the scares are "live Action" but there has been "non-live" actuated
props developed . We have performed the show on the night of Halloween only
in the past. The 1999 show was our first 3 day show with much success, and
the year 2000 brought a bigger and better show than ever with a four night
show. In 2002 we had a six night show that included the weekend before Halloween,
and Halloween night and the weekend after Halloween. We have chosen to continue to grow the
"house" and
haunts and are planning on charging a fee of $12 per person in 2004 to help subsidize the
increasing expenses of producing a professional haunt. We are confident that the
fee asked for at the front gate will be more of an appreciation fee for all the
community members that have come in the past at no charge. In 2000 Tulip Gulch Productions had no proceeds for the show as in the past, but we still gave Belair Bath and Tennis (the property donators) a check for $3000 to donate to a local charity. In 2001 Tulip Gulch Productions had an off year mostly due to the situations of 09/11. Even though the show lost a very large sum of money Belair Bath and Tennis still received $800 for a local donation to charity. In 2002 Tulip Gulch Productions had a great show but an extremely difficult financial year due to show date cancellations and reschedule from the sniper activity in the area. We were unable to donate any funds to a charity but with your support in 2003, we will be able to get back on track as a community based charitable event. In 2003
Tulip Gulch Productions had a great year! THANK YOU for your
support. We donated over $3000 to local charities - touching three
families in the area during the holidays. In 2005 Tulip Gulch Productions had a great year! THANK YOU for your support. We donated over $3000 to local charities. In 2006
Tulip Gulch Productions had a great year! THANK YOU for your
support. We donated over $4000 to local charities. Tulip Gulch Productions is always seeking a storage area donation and we are always open to holding the event at your location. This year, the event will be held at Prince Georges Stadium in Bowie, MD. This location is the home of the Bowie Baysox Baseball Team. Tulip Gulch Productions is also here for your consulting needs.
